For balloon decoration requests, if you could text us photos of the location where the balloons will be placed, it would greatly assist us in the setup process and in providing you with an accurate estimate quote.

An event is officially "booked" once payment is received. If a client permits incomplete payment of the provided quote or invoice, it's understood that the event date and time may be opened up for other potential clients.

In the event of a cancellation after placing your order, a refund will be processed, deducting a 15% cancellation fee from the total amount. Orders canceled within three days of the event will not be eligible for a refund. Please note that once balloons are inflated, the purchase becomes non-refundable. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the initial purchase.

Balloons use outdoors don't come with a specific duration of longevity due to the impact of elements like sunlight, heat, wind, and rain. However, numerous balloon designs filled with air can endure for weeks when placed indoors. The lifespan of the balloons is contingent on the environmental conditions of the space.

Standard 11-inch Helium filled latex balloons typically float 12-16 hours unless treated with a product called HiFloat, which extends the float time to 2-3 days. When used outdoors, this floating duration might notably decrease.

On the other hand, jumbo latex balloons can stay afloat for approximately 24 to 36 hours. However, it's important to mention that clear jumbo balloons, especially those filled with confetti, may begin to appear cloudy after around 12 to 24 hours.

Mylar/foil balloons typically maintain their full and taut appearance for about 2 to 3 days. Exposure to air conditioning might lead these balloons to contract, but they will revert to their original state once exposed to warmer air.

CHOKING HAZARD

WARNING! Uninflated or broken balloons can pose a choking or suffocation risk to children. Adult supervision is essential at all times. Keep uninflated balloons out of reach of children and promptly dispose of any broken balloons.

Allergies: Some individuals might have latex allergies. Use latex balloons with caution and consider alternative materials if needed.

• Do not inhale helium. Helium reduces and can eliminate oxygen available for breathing. Inhaling helium can result in serious personal injury or even death.

• Do not use a metallic ribbon.
• Always use a counterweight.
• Ribbon attached to balloon could pose a choking or entanglement injury.
• Use safety glasses when inflating balloons.
• Do not expose balloons to extreme heat or heat sources, it can cause the balloon to burst
• Cold air can cause the balloon to appear deflated. Exposure to warm air will restore proper inflation.
